Five Vampy Fall Lipsticks To Try Now

Stylisted - Vampy Fall Lipsticks To Try Now

This fall (and every fall, to be honest), we find ourselves devoting more time to our makeup routine in the morning, which is honestly a nice change up after a summer of beauty laziness. Though, by devoting more time, we mean taking the time to properly apply a bold lip, rather than shakily smearing it on on the bus to the office.

Since our go-to look as of late has been something in the vampy, berry family, we thought we’d share a few of our favorites, covering everything from drugstore to high-end, matte to glossy! We love it all.

  • WetnWild MegaLast Lip Color in Cherry Picking – Not too red, not too berry, this shade is wearable and comfortable. It’s the beginner shade of berry lips in our book, as it can be applied in a more sheer way or full-on for a bold lip that never looks too harsh for daytime.
  • Milani Color Statement Lipstick in Cabaret Blend – We really enjoy these Milani lipsticks, especially for the price. For just $6, you’re getting a bold color payoff, creamy formula, and semi-matte finish equal to many higher-end alternatives.
  • Chanel Rogue Coco in Jeanne – While the Chanel lipsticks are a bit pricier than any of us would care for, we really enjoy the ultra-smoothing, creamy formula. This shade, in particular, is the perfect nod to the ’90s brown that’s still trending, while appearing a bit more modern.
  • Rimmel Lasting Finish Matte by Kate Moss in #107  – This is the fail-safe fall shade of UK super-vlogger, Zoella, and happens to be one of our favorites as well. Zoe even wears a color inspired by Kate Moss #107 as a doll in Madame Tussauds’. If berry isn’t your thing, we highly recommend the entire Kate Moss for Rimmel collection.
  • Revlon ColorStay Moisture Stain in Parisian Passion – This was a strange, yet trendy concept when it debuted last year, however, we really enjoy these Moisture Stains. The Parisian Passion shade is the perfect juicy berry for a just bitten look.
