Our 4 Favorite Beauty Blogs of the Moment - Stylisted
Writing a beauty blog is no easy task. We have the utmost respect for those who can not only write and post daily but also maintain beautiful, elegant photography and non-spammy social media promotion. It’s a tough line to balance, especially with the amount of new blogs that pop up daily trying to make it big.
In the past year since starting this blog, we’ve had to streamline the list of blogs we follow in order to keep up with our own blogging needs. While there are so many incredible beauty blogs out there that serve up endless doses of inspiration (hello, ITG!), these four are our current favorites to follow:
Kate of Kate La Vie (formerly Gh0stparties) – Kate is our all-time favorite beauty blogger because she mixes just the right amount of non-beauty and beauty content – hey, even a beauty blogger gets sick of beauty from time to time! She has a such a crisp, stunning photography style, which makes every image unique and clearly identifiable as Kate’s as soon as you see it. She’s also the expert at all things home decor, skincare, and glowy bases. Our kind of gal.
Sarah ofSarahLovesMakeup – It’s no secret we’ve been a fan of Sarah’s for the past few months. She’s a lover of bronze eyes, a nude-pink lip, and glowy cheeks and always finds the best, natural-looking makeup. We find almost everything Sarah posts is wearable and easy for every day, exactly what we usually look for in a beauty blog!
Anna of Vivianna Does Makeup– We love everything Anna does, from her YouTube channel to her blog. As beautifully crafted as her YouTube channel is, we think that her blog posts offer even more insight. She posts every single day, so you’re sure to find something to love!
The Beauty Department – We visit TBD mostly for the #hairspiration, as it’s just so pretty, yet still seems achievable thanks to one of the site’s founders, Kristen Ess, being the talented stylist she is. Be warned – once you click over, you’ll be there for days.
