With the new year comes a mass influx of new products. So many, in fact, that it’s seeming nearly impossible to get our hands on all of them. We’re seriously excited to see what this next year has in store for beauty. For today’s list, we started where we always start when looking for the best in new beauty products: Sephora’s Editor’s Picks. The team at Sephora must spend countless hours finding the coolest new bands with the most innovative products. It’s no surprise that we’re loyal enough to be VIB Rogue.
Have no idea what VIB Rogue is all about? Fair, we didn’t either at first! It’s all a part of Sephora’s awesome rewards program for “Beauty Insiders,” which, of course, is how we like to think of ourselves. Next time you’re at your local Sephora, make sure to chat up one of the cast members (aka a Sephora employee) and find out what it’s all about and how to sign up. It’s easy, free, and gives you access to lots of fun gifts throughout the year. The more you spend the more you earn! Sidenote: We’re in no way sponsored by Sephora here, we just really love the customer service and overall experience we have shopping there.
Now on to the products themselves:
Bumble & Bumble Curl (Style) Anti-Humidity Gel Oil – We generally love all Bumble and Bumble releases, but a product described as a ‘gel oil’ really caught our attention. Bb claims it’s best for loosening and lengthening curls. Curly haired gals rejoice!
Make UpForever Ultra HD Concealer – We are having a moment with concealer lately. First, we found our original HG concealer, Nars Radiant Creamy, and stayed loyal to that for 3 years before moving on to the Urban Decay Naked Skin concealer, which is our current favorite. However, two new launches have caught our eye recently – this one by Make Up Forever and one by Bare Minerals. Which would you like to see reviewed first?
Clinique Chubby in the Nude Foundation Stick – Foundation sticks are making a comeback! They’re no longer the dry, tough sticks of years’ past. This new one from Clinique claims to work for anything from full-coverage application to bare minimum touch-ups.
Smashbox Insta–Matte Lipstick Transformer – We first saw this used by Tati of Glam Life Guru and were immediately impressed. We often find ourselves thinking we want to wear a glossy lip product but then change our mind as soon as it’s applied, which is why this would come in so handy!
